- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using, until well combined.
- Prepare the berries by washing them and slicing the strawberries.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately for crunchier granola or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for a softer texture.
Notes
- You can use flavored yogurt if preferred.
- Feel free to swap berries with any seasonal fruits.
- Granola can be homemade or store-bought.
- Best consumed fresh to retain the granola’s crunch.
