- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
