- 8 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to make the stir fry sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2–3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli; stir fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return beef to the pan, add cooked noodles, and pour in the sauce mixture.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated. Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can substitute beef with chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
