Berry Yogurt Parfaits

Berry Yogurt Parfaits are a light, refreshing, and healthy layered dessert or breakfast made with creamy yogurt, fresh mixed berries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using, until well combined.
  2. Prepare the berries by washing them and slicing the strawberries.
  3. In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  8. Serve immediately for crunchier granola or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for a softer texture.

Notes

  • You can use flavored yogurt if preferred.
  • Feel free to swap berries with any seasonal fruits.
  • Granola can be homemade or store-bought.
  • Best consumed fresh to retain the granola’s crunch.
