Biscoff Stuffed Dates

Delicious Biscoff stuffed dates are a quick and indulgent snack or dessert made with Medjool dates filled with creamy Biscoff spread and optionally topped with chocolate and crushed biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 6 tbsp Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy)
  • 50g dark or milk chocolate (optional, for coating)
  • 2 Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional, for topping)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit.
  2. Fill each date with about 1/2 tablespoon of Biscoff spread.
  3. If desired, melt chocolate and dip each filled date halfway into the chocolate.
  4. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies and a pinch of sea salt if using.
  5. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use fresh, soft Medjool dates for best results.
  • For a crunch, use crunchy Biscoff spread or add chopped nuts.
  • These can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
