Biscoff Tiramisu Cups

A delicious twist on classic tiramisu, these Biscoff Tiramisu Cups layer creamy mascarpone filling with spiced Biscoff cookies and rich coffee flavor, served in individual cups for a perfect dessert treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2024 Biscoff cookies (about 1 package)
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread (optional, for topping)
  • Cocoa powder or crushed Biscoff cookies (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Dip each Biscoff cookie briefly into the cooled coffee and place a layer into the bottom of each serving cup.
  5. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, ending with a mascarpone layer.
  7. If using, warm Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle on top.
  8. Garnish with cocoa powder or crushed Biscoff cookies.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Do not over-soak the cookies in coffee to prevent sogginess.
  • Use decaf coffee if you prefer a caffeine-free dessert.
  • Chill longer for firmer layers and enhanced flavor.
