Brownie Bites

Delicious, fudgy brownie bites that are perfect for snacking or parties. These mini treats are rich in chocolate flavor and have a soft, chewy center.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, and stir just until combined.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips, if using.
  6. Spoon batter evenly into prepared mini muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep them fudgy.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
