Brownie Bites

- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup (90g) mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, and stir just until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, if using.
- Spoon batter evenly into prepared mini muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep them fudgy.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
