Celery & Peanut Butter with Raisins

A classic, kid-friendly snack often called ‘Ants on a Log,’ made with crisp celery sticks filled with creamy peanut butter and topped with sweet raisins.

Ingredients

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the celery stalks, then cut them into 3-4 inch pieces.
  2. Fill each celery piece with about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
  3. Place a few raisins on top of the peanut butter, pressing lightly so they stick.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Use almond or sunflower seed butter as a peanut-free alternative.
  • Choose natural peanut butter for a healthier version.
