Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, frozen banana, almond butter, spices, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes to make it thicker and chilled.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice levels if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
