Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Savory wraps filled with tender, cheesy garlic chicken—perfect for a quick lunch or easy dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and parsley; mix until well coated.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet with olive oil for about 20 seconds per side.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  6. Optional: place wraps back in skillet seam-side down for 1–2 minutes to seal and crisp.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Customize with spinach or tomato slices.
  • For extra heat, add a dash of chili flakes or hot sauce.
  • Wrap leftovers tightly and refrigerate up to 2 days.
