A delicate and floral Cherry Blossom Latte inspired by the beauty of spring, made with cherry blossom syrup and steamed milk for a soothing and elegant drink.

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp cherry blossom syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Dried cherry blossoms or pink sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan or using a steam wand until hot and frothy.
  2. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare strong coffee.
  3. In a mug, combine the cherry blossom syrup with the espresso or coffee.
  4. Pour the steamed milk over the syrup-coffee mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  5. Top with foam, whipped cream, and garnish with dried cherry blossoms or sprinkles if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can make your own cherry blossom syrup by simmering cherry blossoms with sugar and water.
