Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

A delicious and convenient twist on the classic Caesar salad, these Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps combine tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes (if using), and crushed croutons. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • Use grilled chicken for extra flavor.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a day.
  • Swap flour tortillas with whole wheat or low-carb versions if desired.
