Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
  3. Optional: add crushed croutons for extra crunch.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken Caesar mixture among them.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for best flavor.
