- 2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (about 12 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds (toasted optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and sea salt over the top.
- Lightly press the toppings into the chocolate to ensure they stick.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes or until fully set.
- Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes

- White or milk chocolate can be used instead of dark chocolate.
