- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional, for decoration)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Add coconut oil if using.
- Dip each pretzel halfway (or fully) into the melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and let excess drip off.
- Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with optional toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Let the pretzels sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
