Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add maple syrup or honey if extra sweetness is desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
  4. Transfer the pudding to serving bowls or containers.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
  6. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
