Coconut Iced Coffee

A refreshing and tropical twist on classic iced coffee, combining rich coffee with creamy coconut milk for a smooth, energizing drink perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 12 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee into the glass.
  4. Add coconut milk and stir well to combine.
  5. Sweeten with maple syrup or your preferred sweetener if desired.
  6. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use canned coconut milk for a creamier texture or carton coconut milk for a lighter option.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste depending on the coconut milk used.
  • Cold brew can be used instead of regular brewed coffee for a smoother flavor.
