- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups mini chocolate chips
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually stir in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and evenly press half the dough into the bottom.
- Spread softened ice cream evenly over the dough.
- Cover ice cream with remaining dough, pressing gently to form an even layer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve immediately.
