Cookies and Cream Indulgence Ice Cream

A rich and creamy ice cream with a delicious combination of chocolate cookies and smooth vanilla cream, offering an indulgent treat for all cookie lovers.

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. In the last 5 minutes of churning, add the crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips if using.
  5. Once the ice cream has thickened, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Serve and enjoy your homemade Cookies and Cream Ice Cream!

Notes

  • Ensure your ice cream maker bowl is frozen for several hours before churning.
