- 1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with additional herbs if desired and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use English cucumbers for fewer seeds and a more uniform shape.
