Deli Snack Box

An easy no-cook assembly of deli meats, cheeses, crackers and accompaniments perfect for grazing or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sliced turkey breast
  • 100 g sliced honey ham
  • 100 g salami slices
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, cubed or sliced
  • 100 g Swiss cheese, cubed or sliced
  • 100 g mixed crackers
  • 50 g cornichons or dill pickles
  • 50 g mixed olives
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp fig jam or honey
  • Fresh grapes or berries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. On a large serving board or tray, arrange sliced turkey, ham and salami in separate clusters.
  2. Place cheddar and Swiss cheese cubes or slices beside the meats.
  3. Add mixed crackers in small piles around the board.
  4. Fill small bowls with cornichons, olives, mustard and jam; set these on the board.
  5. Garnish any empty spaces with fresh grapes or berries for color and freshness.
  6. Serve immediately at room temperature, providing small tongs or picks for guests.

Notes

  • Substitute gluten-free crackers to make this gluten-free.
  • Swap meats and cheeses to suit dietary preferences (e.g., vegan deli slices and dairy-free cheese).
  • Prep components up to 2 hours ahead; cover and refrigerate, then bring to room temperature before serving.
  • Add nuts, dried fruits or fresh herbs for extra variety and texture.
