- 100 g sliced turkey breast
- 100 g sliced honey ham
- 100 g salami slices
- 100 g cheddar cheese, cubed or sliced
- 100 g Swiss cheese, cubed or sliced
- 100 g mixed crackers
- 50 g cornichons or dill pickles
- 50 g mixed olives
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp fig jam or honey
- Fresh grapes or berries, for garnish
- On a large serving board or tray, arrange sliced turkey, ham and salami in separate clusters.
- Place cheddar and Swiss cheese cubes or slices beside the meats.
- Add mixed crackers in small piles around the board.
- Fill small bowls with cornichons, olives, mustard and jam; set these on the board.
- Garnish any empty spaces with fresh grapes or berries for color and freshness.
- Serve immediately at room temperature, providing small tongs or picks for guests.
