- 4 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray
- Optional: salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese evenly over it.
- Top with another tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese starts melting.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut into triangles using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese.
- Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.
