- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, edible glitter, whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture firmly into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and continue beating until creamy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the centers are just set. Do not overbake.
- Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh berries, whipped cream, or edible glitter for a fairy tale touch.
