Frozen Piña Colada (Mocktail)

A tropical, refreshing, and creamy non-alcoholic frozen piña colada mocktail perfect for summer sipping. Made with pineapple, coconut, and ice, it’s a family-friendly treat that feels like a vacation in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for brightness)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice (if using), and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a slice of pineapple or cherry for garnish.

Notes

  • For a thicker drink, use more frozen pineapple and less juice.
  • You can substitute coconut cream for an even richer texture.
  • Great for parties and kids since it’s alcohol-free.
