Colorful and healthy fruit kabobs made with a variety of fresh fruits, perfect for parties, snacks, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup melon, cubed (such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Peel and cut fruits like melon, banana, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Thread the fruits onto wooden skewers in a colorful pattern.
  4. Repeat until all fruits are used up or desired number of kabobs is made.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruits depending on availability and preference.
  • To prevent bananas from browning, dip them in a bit of lemon juice before assembling.
  • Serve with yogurt or chocolate dip for extra flavor.
