Fruit Pizza

A colorful and refreshing dessert made with a soft sugar cookie crust, creamy frosting, and fresh fruit toppings arranged like a pizza.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam (optional, for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon water (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and orange segments on top in a decorative pattern.
  7. If desired, warm apricot jam with water and brush lightly over fruit for a shiny glaze.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fresh fruits.
  • Best served the same day to prevent fruit from softening.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese for a lighter version.
