- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam (optional, for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon water (optional, for glaze)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan.
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and orange segments on top in a decorative pattern.
- If desired, warm apricot jam with water and brush lightly over fruit for a shiny glaze.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of fresh fruits.
- Best served the same day to prevent fruit from softening.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese for a lighter version.
