Garlic Parmesan Knots

Garlic Parmesan Knots are soft, fluffy bread knots brushed with a flavorful garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  3. Roll each biscuit into a rope and tie into a knot. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  5. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
  • Substitute crescent roll dough if biscuit dough is unavailable.
