- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

- In a small bowl, mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with lime juice to make a quick crema.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
- Assemble tacos by adding shrimp to each tortilla, topping with slaw, cilantro, avocado slices, and a drizzle of lime crema.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked shrimp, just warm them through with the garlic and spices.
- For extra flavor, grill the tortillas before assembling the tacos.
- Try adding pickled onions or jalapeños for a tangy kick.
