A warm, comforting Golden Turmeric Latte made with anti-inflammatory spices and creamy milk, perfect for a cozy and healthy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling, about 3-5 minutes, whisking occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, if using.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm. Optionally, froth the milk for a latte-style texture.
