1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with lemon juice to make the dressing.
Lay tortillas flat and spread dressing in the center.
Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grilled chicken strips, and shredded cheese.
