Iced Caramel Macchiato

A refreshing iced coffee drink made with espresso, milk, vanilla syrup, and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce. Perfect for a cool caffeine boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 12 shots of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice.
  3. Add the milk to the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso or strong coffee over the milk.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top.
  6. Stir if desired or leave layered for presentation.

  • You can use non-dairy milk like almond, oat, or soy for a vegan version.
  • Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of vanilla syrup or caramel sauce.
