A refreshing and creamy Iced Matcha Latte made with finely ground green tea powder, milk, and sweetener, served over ice. Perfect for a cool caffeine boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup if desired and mix well.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the milk over the ice.
  5. Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the milk.
  6. Stir to combine or leave layered for presentation.
