- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup soda water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Mint sprigs and kiwi slices, for garnish
- In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped kiwi, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar (if using) until the juices are released.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Strain or pour the muddled mixture into the glass.
- Top with soda water or sparkling water and stir gently.
