- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Chopped pistachios or saffron strands for garnish (optional)
- In a blender, combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if using and blend again until frothy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios or saffron if desired.
- Serve chilled.
