A tropical, refreshing Mango Passionfruit Smoothie that’s perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack, packed with vitamins and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mango, passionfruit pulp, banana, Greek yogurt (if using), orange juice, and water or coconut water into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder, thicker consistency is preferred.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less liquid as needed.
