- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or chickpeas (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Carefully scoop out a little of the flesh to create a larger cavity for filling, and chop the scooped-out flesh.
