- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Top each toasted slice with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
- Add 2–3 slices of peach on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- Use nectarines if peaches aren’t available.
