Peach & Burrata Crostini

Peach & Burrata Crostini is a delightful summer appetizer featuring creamy burrata cheese, juicy peaches, and crisp toasted bread, finished with a drizzle of honey and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Top each toasted slice with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
  5. Add 2–3 slices of peach on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Use nectarines if peaches aren’t available.
  • For a savory twist, add a touch of balsamic glaze.
  • Serve immediately to keep the crostini crisp.
