Pistachio Latte

A creamy and nutty pistachio latte made with espresso, milk, and sweet pistachio syrup. Perfect for a cozy morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk.
  3. Pour the pistachio syrup into your mug.
  4. Add the espresso or coffee to the mug and stir to combine with the syrup.
  5. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pistachio syrup.
  • Use oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option.
  • Homemade pistachio syrup can be used for a richer flavor.
