- 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
