Raspberry Mojito (Non-Alcoholic)

A refreshing and fruity non-alcoholic version of the classic mojito, made with fresh raspberries, mint, lime, and sparkling water. Perfect for hot days or as a party mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges together until the juices are released and the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour sparkling water or club soda over the mixture.
  4. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and raspberries if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
  • You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred.
  • Crushed ice can be used for a slushier texture.
