- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- In a glass, muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges together until the juices are released and the sugar is dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour sparkling water or club soda over the mixture.
- Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and raspberries if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred.
