Rose Lemonade

A refreshing and floral drink, rose lemonade combines the tangy zest of lemons with the delicate aroma of rose water for a perfectly balanced and cooling beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup rose water
  • 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh rose petals or mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add rose water and cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or rose water as needed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and rose petals or mint if desired.

Notes

  • Use food-grade rose water to ensure safety and flavor quality.
  • You can substitute sugar with honey or a sugar alternative if desired.
  • For a fizzy version, replace part of the water with sparkling water.
