- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Dried rose petals for garnish (optional)
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add the black tea bags and steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength.
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
- Add rose syrup to the tea and stir until well combined.
- Pour in milk and stir.
- Chill the tea in the fridge or pour over ice if desired.
- Garnish with dried rose petals before serving (optional).
