Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Stir in the caramel sauce and sea salt, mixing until well blended.
  4. Heat the mixture until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
