Savory Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken Delight

Juicy chicken tenderloins seared on the Blackstone griddle, basted in a rich garlic‑Parmesan butter sauce with a hint of heat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  •  cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper with olive oil in a small bowl.
  2. Place chicken tenderloins in a zip‑lock bag and pour seasoning mixture over; marinate 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Remove from heat.
  4. Reserve ⅓ of the sauce for serving; keep the rest warm for basting.
  5. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium‑high heat and coat with a bit of oil.
  6. Place chicken on griddle and cook 5 minutes on one side.
  7. Flip chicken, baste with sauce, cook 5 minutes, then flip and baste other side.
  8. Continue flipping and basting until chicken reaches 165 °F internal temperature.
  9. Remove from griddle, plate, and drizzle with reserved sauce.
  10. Serve immediately with desired sides.

Notes

  • Any chicken cut (breasts, thighs) works—adjust cooking time accordingly.
  • You can make this indoors on a stovetop or air fryer instead of a griddle.
  • Adjust hot sauce or red pepper flakes to control spice level.
