A refreshing and nutritious smoothie bowl made with blended fruits and topped with a variety of healthy toppings. Perfect for breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp fresh berries (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. Add a splash more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, fresh berries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and nut butter if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy.
