Spinach Artichoke Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect as an appetizer or party snack. Served warm, it’s great with chips, crackers, or bread.

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add in the spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

  • You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen; just sauté and drain well before using.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
