Stone‑Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing

  • 2 plums, sliced
  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches, plums, and nectarines. Pit and halve the cherries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make the dressing.
  3. Combine all the sliced fruits in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the honey dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves just before serving.
