Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream Bark

A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for a light dessert or snack.

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and granola if using, gently pressing them into the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer.

  • You can substitute strawberries with other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or mango.
