Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- In a small bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with honey or maple syrup if desired. Set aside.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of serving glasses or bowls.
- Add a layer of strawberries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use flavored yogurt such as strawberry or vanilla.
- Can be prepared ahead, but add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
- Swap strawberries for other berries or mixed fruit for variety.
