Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits

A light and refreshing layered dessert or breakfast made with creamy yogurt, sweet strawberries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with honey or maple syrup if desired. Set aside.
  2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of serving glasses or bowls.
  3. Add a layer of strawberries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and granola on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use flavored yogurt such as strawberry or vanilla.
  • Can be prepared ahead, but add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Swap strawberries for other berries or mixed fruit for variety.
