Turkey Avocado Salad Wrap

A fresh, flavorful wrap combining sliced turkey, ripe avocado, crisp veggies, and tangy dressing, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole-grain or spinach tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread ranch dressing or mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Arrange slices of turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion evenly across each tortilla.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the edges as you roll to enclose fillings securely.
  5. Cut each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.
